When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Shipping is available globally, and delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customercare@hyurachi.com. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund provided the Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Some items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons, including personal care items, jewelry, gift cards, downloadable products, or clearance items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at customercare@hyurachi.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Thank you for shopping with us!
